These terms govern your use of www.mygoldenkeygroup.com and the agent portal at app.mygoldenkeygroup.com, both operated by Golden Key Realty Group LLC, doing business as Golden Key Group. By using the site or receiving our text messages, you agree to them.

Text message program

Golden Key Group sends text messages to agents, staff, and people who have given us their mobile number and asked to hear from us.

What we send. Login verification codes for the agent portal, and operational notices such as meeting room booking confirmations and onboarding reminders. We do not send marketing text messages.
How you opt in. Agents and staff enter their own mobile number in the agent portal’s two-factor authentication setup screen and confirm a verification code sent to that number. No number is enrolled without that confirmation. Anyone else who receives texts from us has given their number to us directly and asked to be contacted.
How often. Message frequency varies. Verification codes are sent only when you sign in or request one; operational notices are occasional.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier may.
To stop. Reply STOP to any message and you will receive no further texts from that number. Reply START to resubscribe.
For help. Reply HELP, or contact us using the details below.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and can be affected by your carrier or device.

How we handle the mobile numbers in this program is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: they are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

Using this site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to gain access to accounts, systems, or data that are not yours, interfere with the site’s operation, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

Agent portal accounts

Portal accounts are issued to licensed agents and staff affiliated with Golden Key Group. You are responsible for keeping your password and second factor secure, and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend an account that is misused or that belongs to someone no longer affiliated with the brokerage.

Listing details on this site are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. They may change or be withdrawn without notice, and they are not an offer or a contract. Verify anything you intend to rely on with your agent before acting on it.
