Golden Key Realty Group LLC, doing business as Golden Key Group (“Golden Key Group”, “we”, “us”, “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to www.mygoldenkeygroup.com, our agent portal at app.mygoldenkeygroup.com, and the text messages we send.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to do our work:

Information you give us. Your name, email address, mobile or landline number, and anything you write when you use a contact form, request information about a property, or apply to join the brokerage.
Information from our agents and staff. If you are a licensed agent or an employee, we collect the details needed to onboard and support you, including licensing information, documents you upload, and the mobile number you choose to enroll for security codes.
Technical information. Standard web server logs, including IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, used to keep the site working and secure.

How we use your information

To respond to your questions and connect you with an agent.
To provide real estate services and fulfill a transaction you are part of.
To operate our agent portal, including sending login verification codes.
To send operational notices to agents and staff, such as meeting room bookings and onboarding reminders.
To meet our legal, licensing, and record-keeping obligations as a real estate brokerage.

Text messaging and your mobile number

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party or affiliate.

We send text messages only to people who have provided their own mobile number and confirmed it. Agents and staff enroll a number themselves in the agent portal’s two-factor authentication screen and confirm a code sent to that number; no number is enrolled without that confirmation. Messages are limited to login verification codes and operational notices about the brokerage.

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

We share mobile numbers with our messaging provider solely to deliver these messages. That provider may not use the numbers for any other purpose.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties who help us operate — our website and portal hosting, our email and text messaging providers, and document storage — and only so they can perform that service for us. We also share information when the law requires it, when a real estate transaction requires it (for example with a title company, lender, or the multiple listing service), or when you ask us to.

How we protect information

Our portal requires a password and supports two-factor authentication. Sensitive records, including payment details supplied by agents, are encrypted. Access is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take these obligations seriously and review them regularly.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop receiving those emails.
Email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.

Children

Our site and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the site.
