Questions Agents Ask
What commission plans does Golden Key Group offer agents?
Agents choose between two plans. The Silver plan is an 80/20 commission split with an annual cap, so once you reach the cap you keep 100% of your commission for the rest of the year. The Gold plan is 100% commission for a flat monthly fee. Contact us for the current terms of each plan.
Does Golden Key Group provide leads to its agents?
Yes. Golden Key Group offers its agents Zillow leads along with other lead types, so you have buyers and sellers to work with in addition to your own sphere and referrals. Ask us which lead programs fit your plan and the areas you work.
What support do Golden Key Group agents get?
Zillow leads and other lead types, mentorship and training from top-producing agents, one-on-one coaching, weekly market insights, professional photography support, luxury branding and marketing packages, and the technology to run your business. Support starts on your first day.
Does Golden Key Group hire new and experienced agents?
Yes. We work with seasoned agents moving their license and with newly licensed agents starting their careers. New agents get hands-on mentorship, and experienced agents get a plan that rewards high production.
