Text Message Program

Golden Key Realty Group LLC, doing business as Golden Key Group, sends text messages only to its own licensed real estate agents and staff, and only to a mobile number that person entered and confirmed themselves. This page sets out exactly how that consent is collected.

Who receives messages

Only agents and staff affiliated with the brokerage who hold an account in our agent portal at app.mygoldenkeygroup.com. We do not send text messages to clients, prospects, leads, or purchased lists, and we run no marketing campaigns by text.

How consent is collected, step by step

1. The agent or staff member signs in to the agent portal with their own account.
2. They open their profile and choose to add a second sign-in step.
3. They choose text-message codes and type their own mobile number into a form. The number is not pre-filled and is never taken from any other record.
4. Directly beneath that field, before they can submit it, they are shown the consent disclosure reproduced in full below.
5. They press "Send code". A single verification code is sent to the number they typed.
6. They must enter that code back into the portal to complete enrolment. If they never enter it, the number is discarded and no further message is ever sent to it.

Consent is therefore both explicit (they typed the number having read the disclosure) and confirmed (they proved they hold the handset). There is no other route by which a number enters the messaging system.

The consent disclosure, word for word

This is shown on screen at the point the mobile number is entered, exactly as written:

"By entering your mobile number you agree to receive text messages from Golden Key Group containing sign-in verification codes and occasional account notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your number."

What we send

Sign-in verification codes, sent only when the person signs in or requests one.
Occasional operational notices — a meeting room booking confirmation, an onboarding reminder.
No marketing, ever.

A representative message: "Golden Key Group: your verification code is 123456. It expires in 10 minutes. Never share this code. Reply STOP to opt out."

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies and is driven by the person's own actions — a verification code arrives only when they sign in. Message and data rates may apply; we do not charge for the messages, their mobile carrier may.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number immediately. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. Enrolment can also be removed at any time from the agent portal's security settings.

Your number

No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party or affiliate. The number is shared only with our messaging provider, solely to deliver these messages. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
